  "text": "(1) The DAS administrator shall on a determination that a debt payment programme is to be approved, enter a notice to that effect in the DAS Register.\n(2) A debt payment programme shall be approved from midnight of the second day after the date of the entry under paragraph (1) in the DAS Register.",
