These Regulations may be cited as the Defence and Security Public Contracts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2)

Regulation 2 comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 3 and 4 come into force on exit day.
