  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nPublic Procurement\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, as read with paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to that Act, and sections 8(1), 8A, 8B(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\nThe Secretary of State is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to public procurement.\nIn accordance with paragraph 1(3) of schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
