These Regulations may be cited as the Defence and Security Public Contracts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2)

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulation 3 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
