# The Dentists Act 1984 (Amendment) Order 2005, Paragraph 25: Proceedings before the Dental Auxiliaries Committee


An appeal which relates to a decision made by the Dental Auxiliaries Committee under regulation 15 of the Regulations shall be dealt with under the old section 29 as applied by the old section 48(3).
