# The Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009, Article 7: Fees under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995


In relation to the power to fix a fee under section 45(1) and sections 57(2) (b) and (f) of the 1995 Act, (fees in respect of licences to operate goods vehicles etc.) the functions listed in paragraphs 44 to 47 of Schedule 1 are specified for the purposes of section 102(3) of the 1987 Act.
