# The Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2023 and come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
