(a)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “beginning 1 January 2024 and ending 31 December 2024” substitute “beginning 1 January 2025 and ending 31 December 2025”,

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “1 January 2025” substitute “1 January 2026”.
