Regulation 12 Producer obligations: further provision

For regulation 11 (producer obligations: further provision), substitute—

“11.

(1)

 A registered producer must pay to the scheme administrator—

(a)

any registration fees determined by the scheme administrator under article 25 (registration fees for registered producers) of the Designation Order 2025,

(b)

an amount equivalent to the deposit for each scheme article which a registered producer markets, offers for sale or sells in Scotland.

(2)

A registered producer must pay any amounts referred to in paragraph (1) to the scheme administrator—

(a)

by such date, or at such intervals, as the scheme administrator may determine,

(b)

by such means as the scheme administrator may determine.”.
