After regulation 30, insert—

“Enforcement authority costs

30A.

SEPA must request payment from the scheme administrator to recover the reasonable costs incurred by SEPA in exercising their enforcement functions conferred by, or under, these Regulations or their functions conferred by, or under, the Designation Order 2025, by such means or in such manner and at such intervals as are agreed with the scheme administrator.”.
