In regulation 1 (citation and commencement)—
(a)
after paragraph (4), insert—
“(4A)In Part 5, regulations 19, 20 and 21 come into force on 1 July 2025 for the purposes only of registration of groceries retailers, return point operators and takeback service providers.”,
(b)
in paragraph (5)f1,—
(i)
before “the remaining” insert “regulations 19, 20 and 21 for all purposes and” ,
(ii)
for “1 October 2025” substitute “1 October 2027”.
