# The Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2025, Regulation 6: Low volume drink products


(1) In regulation 3A (low volume drink products)—
(a) omit paragraph (1)(a),
(b) in paragraph (3) for “1 March 2024” substitute “1 October 2027”,
(c) omit paragraph (4).
(2) Omit schedule 5 (low volume drink products).
