Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Regulations 2020.

(2)

Parts 1, 4 and 6 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

In Part 5, regulations 22 to 25 come into force on 1 January 2021.

(4)

Part 3 comes into force on 1 January 2022.

(5)

Parts 2 and 7, and the remaining provisions of Part 5 come into force on 1 July 2022.
