  "text": "(1) Article 6 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in the words before the first indent—\n(i) for “Commission”, substitute “competent authority”;\n(ii) omit “in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2), and”;\n(b) in the third indent, for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”.\n(3) Omit paragraphs 2 and 3.\n(4) In paragraph 4—\n(a) for “Commission”, substitute “competent authority”;\n(b) for “in Annex VI the”, substitute “a”.",
