  "text": "Draft Order laid before the House of Commons under section 28(4) of the Wales Act 2014, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to the Scotland Act 1998, for approval by resolution of that House.\nIncome Tax\nDevolution\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nA draft of this Order was laid before and approved by the House of Commons in accordance with section 28(4) of the Wales Act 2014 and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to the Scotland Act 1998.\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(1) and (2) of the Wales Act 2014, and section 80G(1A) and (2) of the Scotland Act 1998 makes the following Order:",
