# The Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority Regulations 2024, Paragraph 8: Remuneration


A constituent council may, in accordance with its own scheme of allowances, pay a special responsibility allowance to any constituent member appointed by it to the Combined County Authority in respect of duties and responsibilities undertaken as a member of the Combined County Authority.
