# The Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014, Paragraph 6: Application by a dependant of a person with diffuse mesothelioma


For the purposes of section 3 of the Act, P who has died is to be taken as having been “first diagnosed” with diffuse mesothelioma as follows.
