# The Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014, Paragraph 1


An applicant may be required to state whether the applicant is—
(a) the person with diffuse mesothelioma;
(b) a person who is a dependant of a person who has died with diffuse mesothelioma.
