  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations relate to the disclosure of information in relation to debt owed to the public sector and fraud against the public sector, pursuant to sections 48 and 56 of the Digital Economy Act 2017 (“the 2017 Act”).\nRegulation 2 amends schedule 7 of the 2017 Act by adding certain Scottish bodies to the list of persons specified in that Act for the purposes of taking action in connection with debt owed to the public sector.\nRegulation 3 amends schedule 8 of the 2017 Act by adding certain Scottish bodies to the list of persons specified in that Act for the purposes of taking action in connection with fraud against the public sector.\nImpact assessments have been prepared and copies can be obtained from http://www.gov.scot/.",
