  "text": "In this Part and in Schedule 2—\n“body corporate” includes an LLP;\n“compliance notice” means a notice requiring a person to take such steps as are specified in the notice, within such time as is specified in the notice, to ensure that a contravention of a provision of these Regulations does not occur, continue or recur;\n“fixed monetary penalty” means a penalty of the amount specified in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2;\n“LLP” means a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000;\n“public register” means the register referred to in regulation 23(1);\n“variable monetary penalty” means a penalty of such amount as is determined by the Agency in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 2.",
