  "text": "The Agency may at any time in writing—\n(a) withdraw a fixed monetary penalty notice;\n(b) withdraw a variable monetary penalty notice;\n(c) withdraw an enforcement cost recovery notice;\n(d) reduce the amount specified in a variable monetary penalty notice or an enforcement cost recovery notice;\n(e) withdraw a compliance notice;\n(f) amend the steps specified in a compliance notice so as to reduce the amount of work necessary to comply with the notice;\n(g) vary a notice so as to extend the time in which to pay any penalty.",
