Regulation 27 Determination of appeals

Where, following an appeal under regulation 25, the First-tier Tribunal determines that a decision of the Agency is to be remitted to the Agency for reconsideration, the Agency must—

(a)

comply with any directions given to it by the First-tier Tribunal; and

(b)

take any steps necessary to give effect to the First-tier Tribunal’s determination.
