Regulation 9 Application for digitally excluded number

(1)

A digitally excluded operator whose principal place of business is in England must apply to the Agency for a digitally excluded number.

(2)

On receiving an application under paragraph (1), the Agency must—

(a)

assign the applicant a digitally excluded number; and

(b)

inform the applicant of the digitally excluded number assigned to them.
