  "text": "(1) The operator of the permitted facility’s—\n(a) name;\n(b) (if available) email and telephone number;\n(c) environmental permit number for the permitted facility; and\n(d) deployment reference number, if—\n(i) the permitted facility is a mobile plant; and\n(ii) a condition of the environmental permit for the mobile plant requires the deployment of that plant to be approved by the Agency.\n(2) In this paragraph—\n(a) “environmental permit number” means the unique number on the environmental permit granted to the operator of a permitted facility under the 2016 Regulations; and\n(b) “deployment reference number” means the unique number given in the approval for the deployment of a mobile plant under the 2016 Regulations.",
