  "text": "(1) In relation to the person named under paragraph 5—\n(a) (if available) their address, telephone and email number; and\n(b) their—\n(i) carrier registration number; or\n(ii) transporter authorisation number.\n(2) In this Part—\n(a) “carrier registration number” means the unique number on the certificate of registration issued to a person registered as a carrier of controlled waste under the 2011 Regulations;\n(b) “transporter authorisation number” means the unique number on a registration granted or transferred to a person under the 2018 Regulations that authorises the collection and transport of controlled waste on a professional basis.",
