Regulation 20 Withdrawing or amending a notice
SEPA may at any time in writing—
(a)
withdraw a compliance notice,
(b)
amend the steps specified in a compliance notice so as to reduce the amount of work necessary to comply with the notice,
(c)
withdraw an enforcement cost recovery notice,
(d)
reduce the amount specified in an enforcement cost recovery notice,
(e)
vary an enforcement cost recovery notice so as to extend the time for payment of the notice.
