On determination of an appeal in accordance with paragraph 14(b), the Scottish Ministers must—

(a)

notify the appellant in writing of the decision, and the reasons for it,

(b)

provide the appellant with a copy of the report made to the Scottish Ministers in accordance with paragraph 16, and

(c)

send SEPA a copy of any document sent to the appellant.
