Regulation 20 Codes of Practice

In Part 7, in section 53A^f1 (codes of practice)—

(a)

in subsection (1) (as substituted by section 36 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001^f2)—

(i)

for “discrimination” substitute “acts which are unlawful under Part 2, 3 or 4”;

(ii)

for “Part 2, 3 or 4” substitute “those Parts”;

(b)

in subsection (9), omit the definition of “discrimination”.
