  "text": "In section 59 (statutory authority and national security etc)—\n(a) after subsection (2), insert the following subsection—\n“(2A) Nothing in—\n(a) Part 2 of this Act, or\n(b) Part 3 of this Act to the extent that it relates to the provision of employment services,\nmakes unlawful any act done for the purpose of safeguarding national security if the doing of the act was justified by that purpose.”;\n(b) in subsection (3), after “Nothing in” insert “any other provision of”.",
