Regulation 3 Amendment of the 1995 Act and other legislation

The amendments to the 1995 Act set out in Part 2 of these Regulations shall have effect.

(2)

The amendments set out in Part 3 of these Regulations (in relation to the 1999 Act and other legislation) shall have effect.
