# The Disability Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Paragraph 2


(1) Section 2 (past disabilities) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “and III” insert “, III and VA”.
(3) In subsection (4) for “or Part III” substitute “, III or VA”.
