# The Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2016, Article 2: Extent and interpretation


(1) Articles 1, 2 and 4 extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.
(2) Article 3 extends to England and Wales only.
(3) In this Order “the 1970 Act” means the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
