Article 2 Commencement and extent

This Order comes into force on 1st April 2025.
(2)
Subject to paragraph (3), this Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3)
An amendment, repeal or revocation made by this Order has the same extent as the provision being amended, repealed or revoked.
