  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2022.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on the day on which section 1 of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 comes fully into force.\n(3) Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales.\n(4) An amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the enactment amended.",
