Regulation 28 Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment Regulations 2007
In regulation 3 of the Community Drivers’ Hours and Recording Equipment Regulations 2007f1, after “Regulation” insert “and Article 2.2(k) of the European Agreement concerning the Work of Crews of Vehicles Engaged in International Road Transport (as applied by Article 2(3) of that Regulation)”.
