Regulation 33 Transport Act 1968

In section 96 (as amended by regulation 3 of these Regulations)—

(a)

in subsection (11A)^f1, for “, another member State, or a contracting third country” substitute “or another contracting country”;

(b)

in subsection (13)^f2 omit “section 95(1) of this Act or”.
