  "text": "(1) Section 103(1) (as amended by regulation 19 of these Regulations) is amended as follows—\n(a) in the definition of “contracting third country”—\n(i) omit “third”;\n(ii) omit “other than a member State”;\n(iii) omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it);\n(b) for the definition of “the applicable Community rules”, substitute—\n““the applicable Community rules” means—\n(a) the Community Drivers’ Hours Regulation, including the AETR; and\n(b) the EU Tachographs Regulation;”;\n(c) omit the definition of “relevant EU provision”.",
