In Article 2—

(a)

in paragraph 2, for the words from “undertaken” to the end substitute “undertaken exclusively within the United Kingdom”;

(b)

in paragraph 3—

(i)

in the words before point (a), for “in part outside the areas mentioned in paragraph 2” substitute “wholly or partly outside the United Kingdom”;

(ii)

in points (a) and (b), for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(iii)

omit the words after point (b).
