  "text": "(1) Article 10 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2, for “Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85” substitute “Regulation (EU) No 165/2014”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 3.\n(4) In paragraph 5(a)—\n(a) in the words before point (i), for “Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85” substitute “Regulation (EU) No 165/2014”;\n(b) in point (i), for the words from “as regularly” to the end substitute “in accordance with sections 97D and 97E of the Transport Act 1968 or regulations 6B and 6C of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 (as applicable)”.\n(5) In paragraph 5(b), for the words from “shall” to the end substitute “means copied, together with the digital signature, from a part, or from a complete set, of data files recorded in the data memory of the vehicle unit or in the memory of a tachograph card, provided that this process does not alter or delete any stored data”.\n(6) Omit paragraph 5(c).",
