# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 77: Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council


In Article 6(5)—
(a) in the first sentence—
(i) for “the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt” substitute “the Secretary of State may, by regulations, make”;
(ii) omit “uniform”;
(b) omit the second sentence.
