  "text": "After Article 25 insert—\n“Article 25A\nRecognition of EU approved fitters, workshops and vehicle manufacturers\n1. Fitters, workshops and vehicle manufacturers which are approved by an EU member State in accordance with Article 24 of the equivalent EU Regulation (“EU approved fitters, workshops and vehicle manufacturers”) shall be treated for the purposes of this Regulation as if they were approved by the Secretary of State in accordance with Article 24 of this Regulation.\n2. The Secretary of State is not required by Article 24(1) of this Regulation to control or certify EU approved fitters, workshops and vehicle manufacturers and the following provisions of this Regulation do not apply in relation to EU approved fitters, workshops and vehicle manufacturers—\n(a) Article 2(2)(k);\n(b) Article 24(2) to (6);\n(c) Article 25.”.",
