# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 95: Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council


(1) Article 36 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “an authorised” substitute “a”.
(3) In paragraph 2, for “an authorised” substitute “a”.
(4) Omit paragraph 3.
