# The Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 97: Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council


(1) Article 38 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit “authorised”.
(3) In paragraph 3, in the second sentence omit “national”.
