# The Driving Licences (Disqualification until Test Passed) (Prescribed Offence) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Driving Licences (Disqualification until Test Passed) (Prescribed Offence) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st January 2002.
