# Drug Abstinence Order (Responsible Officer) (No. 2) Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order specifies the description of persons who may be made responsible for supervising an offender’s abstinence from specified drugs under the terms of a drug abstinence order. It supersedes the Drug Abstinence Order (Responsible Officer) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/1815), which was made under an incorrect procedure.
