  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 80A(11) of the Serious Crime Act 2015, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTelecommunications\nDangerous Drugs\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 80A(1), (5) to (8) and (9)(a), (d) to (h) and (k) of the Serious Crime Act 2015.\nIn accordance with section 80A(11) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.",
