# The Drug Dealing Telecommunications Restriction Orders Regulations 2017, Regulation 11: Hearing of applications etc.


(1) A hearing held to deal with an application for a DDTRO must be held and determined in private.
(2) Subject to any order made pursuant to regulation 9, a hearing held to deal with an appeal against a decision made under these Regulations must be held in public.
