# The Drug Dealing Telecommunications Restriction Orders Regulations 2017, Regulation 6: Information to be given by a communications provider


A communications provider required to comply with a DDTRO must notify—
(a) the applicant; and
(b) the Office of Communications,
as soon as is reasonably practicable once the requirements of the order have been complied with.
