  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Peterlee are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into five wards named respectively—\n(a) Acre Rigg;\n(b) Dene House;\n(c) Edenhill;\n(d) Howletch;\n(e) Passfield.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Five councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Acre Rigg;\n(b) Passfield.\n(5) Four councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Dene House;\n(b) Edenhill;\n(c) Howletch.",
