Article 2 Interpretation
In this Order—

“the Act” means the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012;

“the pilot period” has the meaning given in article 3(1);
-
“the pilot scheme” has the meaning given in article 3;
-
“pilot scheme participant” has the meaning given in article 4(1).
